1. How can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before your package is shipped at +44 7823 985764. Once shipped, changes can’t be made.

2. How do I create an account?
Click on the “Login / Register” button at the top of the page, enter your mobile number or email, and confirm the verification code. That’s it — your account is ready!

3. How can I see my order history?
After logging in, go to the “My Orders” section to view all past and current orders with detailed tracking information.

4. When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You’ll receive a tracking code via SMS once your order has shipped.

5. How can I track my shipment?
Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you. You can use it to check delivery status on your country’s postal tracking website.

6. The money was deducted from my account, but the order wasn’t confirmed — what should I do?
This can happen due to temporary banking issues. Don’t worry — the deducted amount will automatically be refunded within 72 business hours. No need to contact support unless it takes longer.
